Tenteki stood in the corner, watching the conflict. "Why haven't you allowed his ninja to aquire any missions? she asked Hiro. "Granted, he seems like a complete jerk, but that doesn't mean his people shouldn't be able to get work because of it."

"His people refuse to follow the laws that meta is bound by. Therefore they can not accept any missions from our village. If i where to allow them missions than my people would be mission-less." Orih said as he turned his attention back to Bijun. "Bijun your not even allowed to ask for missions if you won't live by my village rules."
